Commissioners’ Agenda

The Board of County Commissioners (BOCC) is comprised of the three elected County Commissioners: Ernie Moser (District 1), Jeff Hough (District 2, Chair), and Ken Bullock (District 3). The BOCC generally meets twice weekly:  Tuesdays & Thursdays at 9:00 a.m. Unless otherwise noted, meetings are generally held in the Commissioner’s Chambers at 624 E Center, Room 119, Pocatello, Idaho. During these public meetings, the BOCC may approve contracts, expend funds, hear testimony, make decisions on land use cases, and take care of other County matters.

• Scott Crowther, Event Center/Wellness Complex, (1) seeking approval of and signature on a contract requesting a fee waiver for Rock for the Animals, and (2) (AMENDED to include) Discussion pertaining to July 4th Fireworks with possible Executive Session under Idaho Code §74-206(1)(e) (f) to communicate with legal counsel for the public agency to discuss the legal ramifications of and legal options for pending litigation, or controversies not yet being litigated but imminently likely to be litigated. The mere presence of legal counsel at an executive session does not satisfy this requirement with potential action following adjournment of Executive Session (requesting 15 minutes) (action item)
