However, if you have issues contacting us and need to get in touch right away, please call the Bannock County Sheriff’s Office at (208) 236-7111.
If you send us an email,, we will respond when our internet service is fixed.
We hope to have things up and running again soon. Thank you for your understanding and patience.

The Bannock County Coroner’s Office has partnered with the international emergency contact database, Next of Kin Registry (NOKR).

NOKR provides the public a free, proactive service to store your emergency contacts, next of kin, and vital medical information that would be critical to emergency response agencies in the event you or your family member becomes missing, injured, or deceased.

The stored information is only accessible via a secure area that is only accessible by emergency public trust agencies registered with NOKR.
